Sometimes, because you are too sleepy when working, you choose to drink the coffee. However, it is not good for you to drink much coffee to away from the sleepy because the caffeine contains in the coffee will accumulate in your body and make you are unhealthy. Moreover, when you are working, you must avoid the stress that usually comes because the duty from work that forces you to finish the work. However, if you are too much stress it makes you are unhealthy so that to be calm with the work is better to make you are healthy in your body and with a healthy mind too.
