It is an easier way to make this recipe. First, prepare the tray for cakes that has been spread out by margarine. Prepare and heat your oven in 180C. Mix all the ingredients such as flour, condensed milk, baking powder, baking soda, salt, vanilla essences, and water. Mix it well using a whisk.
